Accepting these terms
By using pluveni.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
pluveni.com describes Pluveni — the AI co-planner and money rail for Nigerian celebrations — and runs the pre-launch waitlist. The product itself has not launched: nothing here is a live payment, booking or planning service yet, and the demos on these pages show sample data, clearly labelled.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist holds your place in line; it doesn't guarantee access by a particular date. We onboard in order, starting with event planners in Abuja. Founding-member perks (first access, our best pricing for life, white-glove setup) apply as described on the page at the time you join [PLACEHOLDER — FOUNDER/LEGAL REVIEW: confirm perk wording before launch].
Your use of the site
Don't misuse the site: no scraping the waitlist, probing our infrastructure, misrepresenting who you are, or using the site to break any law.
Our content
The Pluveni name, wordmark, design and copy on this site belong to Pluveni [PLACEHOLDER — FOUNDER/LEGAL REVIEW: legal entity]. You're welcome to quote or screenshot with credit; don't pass our work off as yours.
No promises, within reason
The site is provided as-is while we build. We work to keep everything on it accurate and honest — but pre-launch details (features, timing, pricing approach) can change as we learn. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from relying on a pre-launch description.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria [PLACEHOLDER — FOUNDER/LEGAL REVIEW: confirm venue/jurisdiction clause].
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version.
